The Journey is our tag for reading through the Bible together. At OLCC we are finding that there is great benefit to be reading the same things at the same time…and to sharing what God is saying to each of us as we go along.
The Journey “route” is to follow the great streams of scripture (e.g. the Paul stream that begins with Luke and Acts and then follows the letters of Paul in chronological order, or the John Stream that starts with his gospel and continues through his letters to the Revelation). By following each “stream” we have time to recognize and enjoy the unique language, imagery and message of each writer.
Our pace is steady, but doable. WE READ 1 CHAPTER A DAY, 5 DAYS A WEEK (M-F).
